We know soda is no good for us, even the diet stuff. Hydrating with coffee has the opposite effect. The best is drinking water, but for some drinking plain water may be a little boring, and some are so used drinking flavours it’s hard to swallow ‘tasteless’ water. Try flavoured water! It’s easy to jazz up an entire pitcher of water naturally with just a few ingredients. All that is needed are fruit and fresh herbs. Given water’s many benefits – it can prevent headaches, boost brainpower, improve our mood, helps us lose weight – water helps us stay healthy and hydrated all day long.
Check using cucumber, lime, rosemary, mint, ginger. Keep water room temperature as it’s friendlier to our stomach. And do not drink during the meal since it reduces digestive enzymes, dilutes the acid which are necessary to digest properly.
